
LV1 Introduction to Negotiation
Negotiation LV1 is a self-led, virtual training with a game-based learning approach. Users complete 4 challenging modules, each focused on one of the four different negotiation types: Distributive, Bargaining, Trading, and Integrative. The entire program is scored, with participants earning higher scores for more appropriate answers and decisions throughout each module.
LV1 is effective for new hires and seasoned veterans alike, serving as either an introduction to all things negotiation or as a refresher for those who have been negotiating for years.
